Monthly Plan: If you are on a monthly plan and decide AI SOAP is not for you, simply cancel your plan by managing your subscription settings. Once canceled, you will not be billed for the next cycle. Refunds for the current month may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you are still within the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
Annual Plan: Our annual plan supports refunds within 30 days, proportionate to your usage. If you cancel after the first 7 days but within 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on your usage. If it has been more than 30 days since you made the payment and you wish to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and briefly explain your situation. We will review your request and let you know if we can process a refund.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. To cancel, follow these steps:
Open AI SOAP and log in to your account.
Click on your name and account in the upper left corner, and select the Plan button.
Click Manage Plan in the page.
The policies explained above are currently valid. Please note that we reserve the right to change our refund policy in the future. However, any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing subscribers without proper notice.
